In the Ring: Sparring Sessions

Theory is nothing without practice. Here, you'll apply what you've learned in controlled sparring sessions to build ring awareness, timing, and confidence under my supervision.

The Engine Room: Building Power and Stamina

A powerful punch comes from a strong body. This is our 'engine room' where we build raw strength and relentless stamina with exercises like deadlifts, pull-ups, running, and intense bodyweight circuits.

Bag Work and Drills

This is where you build rhythm and power. We use heavy bag workouts to drill combinations and improve endurance, alongside shadow boxing to refine your footwork and movement.

The Akhada: Our Training Ground

This is our gym. No mirrors, no AC, just a full-size ring, heavy bags, and the space for pure, focused hard work. We train as a group, pushing each other to be better every day.
