Schedule & Batch Dynamics
- Frequency: Unlimited access to both morning and evening training slots (typically Mon-Sat).
- Batch Size: Large group training (15-30 athletes) operating on a high-intensity, competitive rotation.
- Duration: Sessions run for 90 to 120 minutes, including outdoor conditioning.
Facility & Conditions
- Environment: Semi-outdoor facility with metal sheet roofing and industrial fans (No AC); training temperatures track the weather.
- Flooring: EVA foam mats for technical work and adjacent dirt/paved tracks for agility drills.
- Hygiene: Basic shared amenities; students must bring their own water and towels.
Training Equipment
- Boxing Ring: Access to a standard elevated competition ring for sparring and footwork drills.
- Strength Gear: Usage of shared heavy bags (varying wear levels), tractor tires, and rustic iron weights.
- Protective Gear: Shared headgear and gloves are available, though purchasing personal gear is recommended for hygiene.
Coaching Scope
- Supervision: Floor-walking oversight by the Head Coach and assistants during group drills.
- Sparring: Supervised full-contact sparring sessions conducted twice a week.

Dedicated Coaching
- Mitt Work: 20-30 minutes of intense 1-on-1 focus mitt drills per session for impact feedback on timing and accuracy.
- Sessions: Includes approximately 12 personal training slots per month (typically 3 times a week).
- Tactical Analysis: Personalized breakdown of fighting styles, ring cutting, and counter-strategies specific to the athlete's reach.
Athlete Management
- Conditioning Plan: Custom strength routines tailored to specific weight-class goals (cutting weight or bulking).
- Dietary Guidance: Traditional diet advice (Desi diet focus) aligned with the athlete's training load.
- Accountability: Strict rep-counting and form enforcement during strength circuits.
Standard Membership Included
- Group Access: Includes full unlimited access to all morning and evening group batches found in the Standard Competitive plan.
- Facility Use: Unlimited use of the ring, heavy bags, and weight area outside of scheduled personal sessions.

Yahan sapne reality bante hain (Dreams turn into reality here). We’re not your shiny, AC-wali gym. This is the space where you sweat it out, get bruised, and build yourself up. I’m all about mehnat (hard work), not shortcuts. If you want a medal, you have to earn it - there’s no other way.

Our program suits youth, junior, senior, and university-level boxers who want to fight at state, national, or international level. If you’re casual or just want to hang out, sorry, this won’t work for you. Only those with real commitment and hunger for success thrive here.
How We Train Champions
- Champion mindset boxing: Discipline, mental toughness, and never giving up. No days off, no excuses.
- Advanced boxing technique: Footwork drills, defense (slips, ducks, blocks), and attack combinations that set you up for real fights.
- Strength & Conditioning: Stamina, speed, skill, spirit - we use skipping, pad work, heavy bag, deadlifts, pull-ups, everything. You’ll get strong, not just fit.
- Boxing sparring sessions: Full-size ring, real fights, supervised with proper gear. Direct feedback every time.
Proven Results
Our boxers win. We’ve trained athletes who’ve bagged gold at All India Inter-University, Delhi Senior State, UP Senior State, and U-19 CBSE Nationals. We’ve sparred with international teams like Uzbekistan’s juniors, and had legends visit us.

My Story
Naam hai Bhushan Saini. Yeh academy meri zindagi ka kaam hai. Log bolte, 'Coach, sports main kya hai?' Bhai, yahin toh sab kuch hai! Yahan sirf boxer nahi, insaan bante hain. Jab Krishan Thakran ne gold jeeta, ya Boris van der Vorst jaise legends aaye, toh lagta hai sahi raaste pe hain. Prayas hi safalta hai. Sapne mat todna, dil toot jaye chalega.
