I am always in my student's corner, even during drills. Here, I'm providing instruction and motivation during a sparring drill inside the ring, ensuring the technique is correct and the intensity is high.
I teach you how to think like a boxer. In this clip, I'm demonstrating how to counter a southpaw opponent, explaining the strategy behind setting up a right hook and following it with a body shot.
