No AC, no mirrors, just pure grit. This is how we train athletes and fitness seekers in Laxman Vihar.

This is where the real learning happens, one on one in the ring. I focus on pad work to sharpen your reflexes, improve your punching technique, and make sure your form is perfect. It's about building muscle memory so you react without thinking.

I am proud to have trained champions at every level. Here I am with Youth World Champion Sachin Siwach and my fellow coaches. My methods are proven to build not just fitness, but the skill and mindset of a competitive boxer.

Technique is everything. Here, I am breaking down defensive movements for my students. You will learn how to block, slip, and use footwork to get out of the way of a punch and position yourself for a counter-attack.

We build strength from the ground up with no fancy machines. This is a raw conditioning drill using bricks for push-ups to develop serious upper body and core power. This is the kind of 'mehnat' that builds real, functional strength for boxing.

Sparring is where you put it all together. In this video, two of my students are in the ring, applying the techniques they've learned in a controlled, supervised session. This is essential for building confidence and ring experience.

My academy is a community. We train together, we push each other, and we improve as a group. This collage shows a typical day with group shadow boxing drills and sparring sessions happening side by side.

"Bina kuch khoye kuch nahi milta." You don't get anything without sacrifice. This is the core of my philosophy, demonstrated here with a tough landmine press exercise for building explosive power.

You will not find mirrors or air conditioning in our facility. What you get are 90-minute, high-intensity sessions designed to strip away the excuses and focus purely on technique, stamina, and strength. Whether you are stepping into a ring for the first time or training to compete, the work remains the same.
