About Bag Work and Drills

Forget light tapping. Here, we rotate through high intensity rounds on heavy, worn out canvas bags. You will be drilling combinations for three minutes straight, focusing on snap and form, not just hitting hard. When you get tired, and you will, the goal is to keep your chin tucked and your hands up. It is not just about cardio. It is about building the muscle memory that keeps you composed when things get heavy.
