Competition isn't just about winning medals. It's where your technique is tested against real, resisting opponents. Learn to fight under pressure.

Standing with the officials and fellow athletes at the AJP India tour. It's an honor to be part of the growth of Jiu-Jitsu in India.

Raising the hand of a winner. As a referee, I get a front-row seat to the incredible skill and heart these young competitors bring to the mat.

A throwback to a 2014 MMA fight, India vs Iran. A clean knockout that shows the power of good striking fundamentals.

About On the Competition Mats

Competition is the only place where your technique meets real, non-compliant resistance. It's not about learning a cool move you saw online, it's about drilling the basics until they work under extreme pressure. We don't just roll at the gym; we focus on competition strategy, weight management, and handling the adrenaline spike so you can perform when it matters.

Why train for competition? Because the mat doesn't lie. When you're in the middle of a tournament match, your ego disappears. You either have the skill or you don't. That’s why I push my students to compete, whether it’s at local AJP tours or national championships.

We focus on three core areas to get you match-ready:

  1. High-Percentage Submissions: No flashy tricks that fail when you're tired. We drill chokes and armbars that work every single time.
  2. Situational Pressure: We create scenarios in the club that mimic the stress of a real fight. You learn to stay calm while someone is trying to pass your guard.
  3. Tactical Gameplay: Every opponent is different. We develop a game plan for you, knowing when to push and when to play defense.

Training at our Sainik Farm facility gives you access to a competition-ready environment with professional mats and a team that pushes each other. If you’re serious about moving past the hobbyist stage, this is where you start. Bring your focus and leave the ego at home.
