BJJ and MMA Technical Drills
Mastering the fundamentals is what separates the pretenders from the real deal. These clips are from our daily grind where we sharpen techniques that actually work.
Drilling guard passing techniques. Constant repetition of these fundamental movements is key to improving your Jiu-Jitsu.
About Additional Work
You cannot skip the basics. If you are just trying to muscle your way through, you will get tired and you will lose. We drill these movements—guard passes, escapes, position control—until they are burned into your muscle memory. It is not pretty, but it is necessary.
A lot of people come to the gym wanting to learn highlight-reel submissions. But in a real fight, or even a tough sparring session, those moves are useless if your fundamentals are weak. My philosophy is simple: master the boring stuff. We spend a lot of time on guard passing, takedown defense, and keeping a solid base.
Whether you are training at our Sainik Farm facility or during a private home session, we focus on high-percentage techniques. We do not do 'cardio kickboxing' routines that do not translate to a real fight. We drill, we spar, and we fix the holes in your game. If you are ready to put in the work and stop looking for shortcuts, this is where you start.
