Stop wasting time on vanity isolation machines. I teach you how to lift heavy, build explosive power, and maintain control on the mats—not just how to look good.

My mantra is "Eat, Sleep, Roll, Repeat," but I always add heavy lifting to the mix. Strength and power are critical for any fighter.

I'm a BJJ player who lifts weights to get stronger. Strength is what makes your technique even more dangerous on the mat.

About Strength for Grappling

Most guys in the gym chase the pump, but that feeling fades the second you leave. On my mats, we prioritize heavy compound lifts like deadlifts, squats, and overhead presses, not isolation machines. If you want to be a fighter, your strength has to be functional, meaning you can still control your opponent even when you are exhausted in the final round. If you cannot move your opponent, your technique will fail.
