About Yoga for Young Champions

We don't just hold poses. In these sessions, we focus on the mechanics of strength, like how to safely align your spine for deep backbends or how to engage your core for a stable handstand. I keep the student-to-teacher ratio small, around 10:1, so I can provide the hands-on spotting your child needs to master difficult inversions without injury. If you are willing to practice, you will get it.

Why Consistency Beats Natural Talent

Many parents ask if their child needs to be flexible to start. The answer is no. My batches for young aspirants are built on the principle of yogah karmasu kaushalam—skill in action. It is not about talent; it is about showing up, breathing, and doing the work. Arre, darre kyon hai? You don't need to be perfect to begin.

What We Cover

  • Core Strength & Flexibility: We break down complex contortion poses, arm balances, and backbends into manageable, safe steps.
  • Biomechanics: Students learn how their body moves, preventing injury while maximizing progress.
  • Competition Prep: For those looking to compete, we train on stage presence, holding poses for the required duration, and managing performance anxiety.

Training Logistics

We train with a mix of indoor intensity and outdoor flow. Our Pitampura studio is equipped for technical precision, while our outdoor sessions in Model Town allow students to connect with their breath in open air. Whether your child is a beginner or ready for advanced championships, I am here to guide them through the process. It is simple: practice, learn, repeat.
