I’m here to help you work towards a rog-mukt jeevan (disease-free life). For me, wellness means feeling balanced – mind, body, and soul all in sync. My way is simple: we talk, I listen, and we shape your path using Ayurveda’s old-school wisdom. No lectures, just honest conversation, whether you join me online or come to Pitampura.

How We Get There
- Food first: We set up a diet that actually fits your life, not one that makes you miserable. Whether you want to manage weight, fix your digestion, or just feel more energetic, Ayurveda has your back
- Herbs: I’ll suggest natural blends (like Ashwagandha for stress or Trifala for digestion) based on your needs. Some mixes are my own, made from old recipes, with no nasty side effects

My Story
People call me a yoga instructor, but I say guide. Born in Delhi, but my heart—always wandering in Uttarakhand hills. My motto? 'bₑ ₕₐₚₚy ₐₙd ⱼᵤₛₜ bₑ ₕₐₚₚy.' I studied hard—Delhi University, cleared NET thrice—but real yoga isn’t in books. It’s on the mat, in breath, in falling and getting up. Like I always say, ‘darre kyon hai?’ Just practice, learn, repeat. That’s my story.

Yoga & Wellness Classes - I teach advanced yoga, acro yoga for beginners, contortion, handstands, breathwork, and traditional asanas. Online or offline.
Yoga for All Ages - Special batches for kids (5-18 yrs), adults (18+). Beginners or pros, if you want to try, I’m here.
My Teaching Style - 'Bend or Bend'—I push you, but safely. Correct alignment, no shortcuts. Practice is everything.
