Forget thinking you weren't born flexible. It's all about consistent practice and correct alignment. Whether you're aiming for your first handstand or mastering complex arm balances like Bramhastrasana, we break it down safely. Arre, darre kyon hai? Let’s get on the mat.

This is an advanced handstand variation, a pose that demands total body control and focus. With consistent practice, you can become unstoppable.

About Handstands & Arm Balances

Getting into a handstand isn't about throwing your legs up and hoping for the best. In my sessions, we focus on biomechanical analysis—we find where your core engagement or wrist stability is lacking and fix it. Whether we are using wall ropes in my Pitampura studio or finding balance on the grass in Model Town, I am there to spot you, literally. You won't just copy the pose; you will learn exactly how to build the strength to hold it.

Building Strength Through Proper Technique

Advanced asanas require more than just enthusiasm. They require a systematic approach. In our handstand and arm balance training, we prioritize safety and long-term progress. We move beyond generic advice and focus on:

  • PNF Stretching: We utilize Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation to safely increase your range of motion, which is crucial for deep backbends and inversions.
  • Biomechanical Analysis: If you can't hold a pose, it's usually a technical leak, not a lack of effort. We look at your alignment to see exactly where you need to adjust.
  • Safety Spotting: High-risk moves like one-hand Mayurasana require a spotter. I provide hands-on physical adjustments so you can practice without the fear of falling.

Where We Train

I offer flexibility in how we practice. You can join our dedicated cohort at the Abhyaas studio in Pitampura, where we utilize wall ropes and cushioned floors for technical practice. For those who enjoy connecting with the elements, we run outdoor batches in Model Town. These sessions are high-intensity, designed to filter and train serious aspirants.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be flexible to start? No. Flexibility is a result of practice, not a prerequisite. If you have the drive, we will build the flexibility.

Is it safe for beginners? Yes. We use a student-teacher ratio of roughly 10:1, ensuring I have eyes on everyone. We start with foundational inversion prep before moving to advanced balances.

Can I get personalized coaching? Absolutely. My 1-on-1 sessions are designed for those with specific goals, like mastering a handstand hold or fixing a biomechanical weak point.
