Acro & Partner Yoga
This is where we build strength, trust, and flow together. I guide partners through dynamic and static acro yoga poses that are both fun and an intense workout, focusing on safe spotting and clear communication.
Handstands & Arm Balances
Master your balance and build incredible upper body strength with my handstand progressions and arm balance training. We break down complex poses like one-hand Mayurasana and Bramhastrasana into achievable steps.
Deep Flexibility & Contortion
We work on pushing past your limits with deep backbends, forward folds, splits, and contortion-style poses. My training focuses on daily practice and consistent effort to safely unlock your body's full range of motion.
Yoga for Young Champions
I run dedicated batches for kids and young adults, focusing on building a strong foundation in flexibility, strength, and discipline. My goal is to help them develop confidence and prepare them for yoga competitions if they choose.
Competition & Performance Coaching
For those with a competitive spirit, I provide specialized coaching to polish routines, build endurance, and develop stage confidence. We work on perfecting each asana to meet competition standards and overcome performance anxiety.
Our Training Sessions
Join us for group classes or one-on-one training. We practice in my Pitampura studio and also hold energizing outdoor sessions in Model Town, connecting with nature while we train.
