We use PNF stretching and active spotting to ensure you engage the right muscles rather than just bending your joints. This makes advanced practice accessible, whether you are preparing for a competition or just want to build genuine core strength.

Advanced practice is not about being born with a flexible body. It is about being ready to put in the work on the mat, day after day. In my sessions, we move beyond basic asanas to focus on technical mastery. We dissect movements like the one-hand Mayurasana and complex handstand progressions into biomechanical steps that you can actually follow.

My training style is direct and honest. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, we do not take shortcuts. If we are working on contortion, we focus on safe backbends and hip openers using PNF techniques. If we are doing acro yoga, we prioritize communication and trust to ensure every flyer and base stays safe.

I conduct these sessions in two formats to suit your lifestyle. You can join the structured, high-energy studio batches at Abhyaas in Pitampura, where we have wall ropes and cushioned flooring for deep practice. Or, you can join our outdoor community in Model Town to connect with nature while you train.

For those aiming for yoga sports, I offer specific competition coaching. We work on holding times, pose aesthetics, and performance confidence so you can step onto the mat with clarity.
