Practicing a standing split in the park. The fresh air and open space in Model Town add a special energy to our yoga sessions.
This Urdhva Prasarita Padasana variation builds incredible core strength. We practice poses like this regularly in our outdoor group classes.

Here I am assisting a student to deepen her backbend. This kind of partner adjustment is a key part of my teaching method.

About Our Training Sessions
My training follows a 'Bend or Bend' methodology, which focuses on safe, consistent physical adjustments rather than just repeating poses. In our sessions, I personally provide hands-on spotting for complex inversions and deep backbends, ensuring you understand the biomechanics behind the movement so you can progress without risking injury.
I offer two distinct training environments to suit your goals. My studio in Pitampura is equipped for focused work like inversion prep, handstand progressions, and PNF stretching where we use wall ropes and cushioned floors for safety. If you prefer the outdoors, my Model Town park sessions provide a different energy, perfect for flows and building endurance.
Who is this for?
Whether you are a beginner wanting to build a foundation or a long-term practitioner targeting advanced skills like backbends, splits, or the 'Mayurasana', my batches are designed for you. I keep the student-teacher ratio low to ensure I can physically spot you during deep spinal twists or complex arm balances.
The Process
We do not do shortcuts. If you are struggling with a pose, we break it down. We look at why your body is resisting, adjust your alignment, and drill the necessary strength. You will get clear instructions on breathwork (Pranayama), and if you are interested, I provide basic Ayurvedic nutrition tips to help with your flexibility and recovery.
