Acro yoga is about more than just poses; it is about building trust and communication. Whether you are looking to deepen your bond with a partner or simply want to try something challenging and fun, we learn to balance, lift, and play together on the mat.

A classic Acro Yoga pose known as 'Front Bird'. The base lies on the ground providing a stable platform with their feet, while the flyer balances effortlessly, learning to trust and let go.

This advanced Acro Yoga pose, a variation of a handstand, requires incredible stability from the seated base and immense strength and balance from the flyer. It's a testament to what's possible with practice and trust.

A partner backbend stretch, silhouetted against a large window. This pose is less about acrobatics and more about therapeutic stretching, where one partner supports the other in a deep, restorative heart opener.

This video demonstrates a dynamic partner pose where the base supports the flyer in a full wheel pose (Chakrasana). It shows how we can use each other's bodies to achieve deeper expressions of yoga asanas.

Your only limit is your soul. This sequence shows a beautiful transition from a supported handstand into a deep backbend, a powerful demonstration of partner yoga that combines strength and flexibility.

About this collection

In my acro yoga sessions, we focus on the roles of both the base and the flyer. You do not need to be a gymnast or super flexible to start. We break down the moves so you feel safe and supported, even when you are upside down or balancing.

Acro yoga is a dialogue between two bodies. It is a partner practice where we learn to communicate without words, relying on physical connection to build trust. When we practice together, one person acts as the base, providing the stable foundation, while the other acts as the flyer.

Whether you are looking to book a session for yourself and a partner or want to join a group, my focus is always on safety and progression. We start with static poses like 'Bird' or 'Throne' to get comfortable with the weight-sharing dynamic before moving into flows. I provide hands-on spotting for every move, ensuring that you can explore your limits without fear of falling.

We can set this up almost anywhere. I travel across Bengaluru to meet you, whether that is in an open park, a rooftop, or a quiet indoor studio. If you are nervous, that is completely normal. Most of my students start with a bit of hesitation. My job is to guide you through the technical drills so you can build the strength and confidence to play, fall, laugh, and try again.

I am Richa, and I believe yoga is better when it is shared. For me, acro yoga is about finding the perfect balance between control and letting go, all while having a genuine laugh with someone else.
