Acro & Partner Yoga Classes in Bengaluru
Yoga gets a lot more fun when you share the mat. My acro and partner sessions are all about building trust, trying new things, and finding balance together—no partner required!
Acro yoga is one of my favorite styles to teach because it’s all about trust, communication, and play. In my sessions, I guide partners through foundational poses like bird and throne, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for everyone to fly.
This partner handstand variation looks advanced, but it's more about balance and trust than pure strength. I'm basing my partner by holding his feet while he supports my hands. It's a fun challenge we try in advanced workshops.
We definitely fell a few times before getting this three-person pose right. It shows that practice is messy and fun. This kind of group acro work builds amazing teamwork and is a great way to connect with others.
This movement felt like my body was designed to do it. It’s a simple acro flow that looks fancy but is quite accessible. Trusting your partner is the key, and I was lucky to have Prakhar making me feel safe.
Finding my balance with a friend amidst the ancient stone ruins of Hampi. This video shows a simple partner yoga flow, moving from a tree pose to a warrior pose. It’s a beautiful way to connect with someone through synchronized movement and breath.
This was a spontaneous partner stretch we shot in just five minutes. It’s a great example of how you can use a partner to deepen your stretches, like this assisted standing leg raise.
About this collection
You don't need to bring a buddy to join these sessions. I teach acro yoga as a way to build trust and core strength, focusing on safe techniques for basing and flying. Whether you are a total beginner or just want to shake up your routine, we will work on poses where you feel supported every step of the way, even when we have to laugh off a tumble.
Acro yoga is one of the most rewarding ways to move your body because it turns a solitary practice into a shared experience. It is not about doing gymnastics, and you definitely do not need to be an expert to start. In my classes, we break everything down into manageable parts. We focus on clear communication between the base and the flyer, ensuring that everyone feels safe and supported throughout the flow.
I always tell my students that we are going to fall, and that is okay. The fun happens when we get back up, adjust, and try again. My sessions, held at studios like Emerge in Jayanagar, are designed to build physical strength, improve your balance, and most importantly, help you get out of your head and into the moment.
If you are worried about not having a partner, do not be. I create a group environment where we rotate and spot for each other, so you will always have someone to practice with. We spend time on foundational poses like bird and throne to build confidence, and we gradually move toward more dynamic flows. If you are in Bengaluru and want to add some playfulness to your fitness routine, these sessions are for you. Just bring your mat, an open mind, and a willingness to laugh when things go a little sideways.

I’m Radhika, and I believe movement should be fun rather than a chore. I am obsessed with the playful side of yoga, which is why I love teaching acro—it is the quickest way to turn a workout into a genuinely good time.
