High-Energy Group Sessions

My group classes are all about high energy and zero boredom. We combine HIIT circuits and CrossFit-inspired routines to maximize calorie burn and build functional strength in a supportive team environment.

Functional Strength Training

I focus on building strength that you can use in everyday life. We use a variety of equipment like sleds, battle ropes, tires, and plyo boxes to make workouts challenging, effective, and fun.

Dumbbell & Barbell Workouts

This is where we build the foundation of strength. I guide you through proper form for classic and effective lifts using barbells and a wide range of dumbbells to target every muscle group.

Core Strength & Conditioning

A strong core is the key to a strong body. These sessions focus on dedicated core work using dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, and stability movements on mats to build a solid foundation.
