Monthly Strength & Conditioning Access
Schedule & Capacity
- Frequency: Access to 2 dedicated Strength/HIIT sessions per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) plus Saturday open batches.
- Total Volume: Approximately 10-12 supervised sessions per month.
- Duration: 60-minute group sessions.
- Batch Size: Moderate group size (approx. 10-15 participants) ensuring instructor visibility.
Equipment Usage
- Weights: Vinyl-coated hex dumbbells (1kg to 5kg pairs) for high-rep toning.
- Cardio Tools: Adjustable aerobic steppers, agility ladders, and wall-anchored battle ropes.
- Floor Work: Standard yoga mats provided for bodyweight and core circuits.
Studio Facilities
- Flooring: Laminate wood-finish surface suitable for jumps and agility.
- Ventilation: Non-AC environment relying on wall-mounted fans and natural airflow.
- Ambience: LED mood lighting with studio sound system.
- Amenities: Access to basic changing room and restrooms.
Quarterly Value Membership

At Zumbamania, we’re known for our energy, but our group fitness grind is where the real magic happens. We mix tough workouts with full-on ‘Mauja hi Mauja’ (pure fun). It’s all about sweating together, pushing each other, and nobody’s judging how you start. Here, the only rule is to bring your energy.
What We Actually Do
Every session’s a surprise - we switch things up so your mind and muscles never get bored.
- Strength and conditioning classes with dumbbells, kettlebells, and battle ropes
- HIIT group sessions and agility drills (ladders, hurdles, and a whole lot of sweat)
- Stepper aerobics gets wild - sometimes there’s Bhangra, sometimes it’s just jumping and laughing
- Core and floor work for those abs, using bodyweight and stability balls
Who Can Join?
Everyone. Doesn’t matter if you’re a gym pro or just starting out. Our crowd is a mix - men, women, even moms-to-be (pregnancy-friendly group fitness is for real here). We tweak the moves, you keep moving.

My Story
Hey, Sindhu here! Zumbamania isn’t just a studio - it’s our dance family. You’ll catch kids, grownups, even expecting moms (right up to 39 weeks!) shaking a leg with us. We go full-on for Onam, Dandiya, Christmas, Independence Day - pure dhamaal, no holding back. If you want a place where sweat and smiles mix, you’ve found it. We’re all about supporting each other and celebrating every move. #zumbafamily
My Work
Classes for all ages and vibes - We run Zumba, Bollywood dance fitness, hiphop, Bharatanatyam, semi-classical, HIIT, dumbbells, abs & core, Garba dance workout, and kids Zumba classes.
Inclusive atmosphere - Doesn’t matter if you’re a total newbie or a fitness freak, we’ve got a batch for you. Everyone’s welcome.
Party energy, desi beats - It’s always high-energy - we groove to Bollywood, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam. Come dance, go wild, be yourself.
Expert trainers - Our licensed Zumba instructors and dance trainers make sure you reach your goals and have fun.
Corporate and special events - We do corporate Zumba events and even prenatal dance fitness for expecting moms.
