- Timings: Full access during split-shift operating hours (Morning 5 AM to 10 AM, Evening 4 PM to 10 PM).
- Environment: Non-AC floor with high-speed wall fans and natural ventilation.
- Amenities: Basic changing rooms, shoe racks, and street parking availability.
Equipment Profile
- Free Weights: Cast-iron dumbbells (2.5kg to 40kg+), Olympic barbells, and squat racks.
- Machines: Cable crossover, Lat pulldown, Leg press, and Peck-deck fly.
- Functional Zone: Tractor tires for flipping, battle ropes, and agility cones.
- Cardio: Standard treadmills and spin bikes.
Basic Support
- Floor Trainer: General oversight for basic equipment safety and spotting (no personalized tracking).

The Space
Our gym’s packed with the gear you need - dumbbells, barbells, cable machines, tires to flip, battle ropes, kettlebells. If you want to push limits, you’ll have the tools.
My mantra? Mehnat kar, pasina baha. Rukna aur thakna hai mana. (Work hard, sweat it out. Stopping and getting tired is forbidden.) I’m here to push you past what you thought was possible.

My Story
Exercise isn’t just about looking good, it’s about feeling alive. That’s why I kicked off SP Workout Zone. Here, we’re Team SP, pushing each other past limits, laughing through group aerobics dance, sweating it out, and even hitting a cricket ball when we’re not at the weights. We party together, from Ugadi to Diwali, birthdays too. This is more than a gym, it’s our lifestyle. Stronger than excuses, always.
