It is gritty, it is sweaty, and it is the fastest way to build functional power while having actual fun.

Our group sessions are designed for everyone, from absolute beginners to seasoned gym-goers. Because we train in a team environment on the Green Turf zone, you are never left guessing what to do next. Our trainers are always right there on the floor, correcting your form and keeping the energy high.
Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle toning, or just feeling more capable in your day-to-day routine, this circuit-based approach ensures you hit every muscle group without getting bored. You will walk in for a workout and leave feeling like you have just crushed a team challenge.
