Our group sessions are loud, sweaty, and honestly, a lot of fun. We run these HIIT and CrossFit-inspired circuits every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 PM in our Hulimavu studio. We do not just count reps here; we move as a team using battle ropes, sleds, and tires so you will never get stuck staring at a treadmill screen.
