About High-Energy Group Sessions

Our group sessions are loud, sweaty, and honestly, a lot of fun. We run these HIIT and CrossFit-inspired circuits every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 PM in our Hulimavu studio. We do not just count reps here; we move as a team using battle ropes, sleds, and tires so you will never get stuck staring at a treadmill screen.

Think of this as your weekly dose of adrenaline. We built Turbo Fitness because we wanted a place where the vibe is just as important as the workout. When you step onto our green turf, you are joining a group that pushes each other without the ego you might find at other gyms.

What to Expect

No two days look the same. We focus on:

  • Functional Strength: We use kettlebells, barbells, and sleds to build strength that helps you in real life, not just for showing off in the mirror.
