I am a pro boxer, and I bring that experience to every coaching session. This photo is from my time at the Super Boxing League (SBL), a reminder that the principles I teach are tested at the highest level.
About My World: The Gym and The League
The atmosphere at Fitwithbox is raw and focused, very different from the commercial gyms in Delhi. You will not find air conditioning or fancy lounge areas here; you will find heavy bags from USI, tractor tires for sledgehammer slams, and people genuinely working on their technique. This is a space for those who want to train like a fighter, and I run it exactly like the camps I attended for the Super Boxing League.
The Training Den
My gym in Yamuna Vihar is not for those looking to look pretty in the mirror. It is a functional space built for performance. We keep it simple. You have access to raw strength equipment including 60-80kg tractor tires and heavy sledgehammers. If you want to build strength that carries over into real life or the ring, this is where you start.
The Pro Boxer Approach
Everything I teach is based on my own experience in the pro circuit, including the Super Boxing League. When you train here, you are not just following a fitness trend. You are learning ring craft, defensive maneuvering, and the kind of mental grit that only comes from real combat sports. My goal is to teach you how to move, how to guard, and how to stay calm when the pressure is on. As I always say, Gard rakh (Keep your guard up).
