Boxing is more than just punches. Build raw power, explosive stamina, and the mental grit of a pro fighter through my specialized conditioning programs.

This is what building raw power looks like. Sledgehammer strikes on the tire are a core part of my conditioning program to develop explosive strength and a solid core, essential for any fighter.

There are no shortcuts to power. We use every tool available to build a stronger version of you. The sledgehammer is a perfect example of the functional, high-intensity training I believe in.

Explosive power is critical for a boxer. I incorporate plyometric exercises like box jumps into our workouts to improve agility, footwork speed, and the power behind your punches.

Boxing-specific strength training is key. Here, we are doing dumbbell shadow boxing to build shoulder endurance and punching power, ensuring you can keep your hands up and your punches strong through every round.

I lead by example and practice what I preach. This is a look at my personal workout, combining dumbbell presses, landmine rows, and shadow boxing to maintain my own pro-level fitness.

The heavy bag is a boxer's best friend. It's a fundamental tool for developing power, practicing combinations, and building the stamina needed to go the distance.

A glimpse into the variety of our training. Sessions include everything from sparring and heavy bag work to strength exercises with barbells and dumbbells. We work on every aspect of a fighter's fitness.

The fundamentals must be practiced everywhere. Shadowboxing is essential for perfecting footwork, head movement, and punch combinations. I do it on the road, in the gym, anywhere.

Speed and form are everything. This is a clip of me working on my shadowboxing, focusing on quick combinations and fluid movement to stay sharp.

About Fighter's Strength & Conditioning

If you think lifting heavy iron is the only way to get strong, come try 15 minutes of tire flips and sledgehammer slams. These aren't for show. They build the explosive core power and grip strength that separates a fighter from a standard gym-goer. You will be tired, but you will finally understand what real stamina feels like.
