We pack four different workout formats into one membership so you never get bored. You can mix and match between Yoga, Calisthenics, Zumba, and Kickboxing to keep your routine fresh and your body guessing. This is how we make fitness a long-term habit.
This is what we mean by machine-free strength. With calisthenics, your body is the only equipment you need to build incredible balance, core strength, and power. Here’s a look at some of the skills you can master, from crow stands to explosive push-ups.
It doesn't matter if you're 11 or 50, we teach everyone the ropes. Watching our youngest members like Sanjuktya build a rock-solid boxing foundation, step-by-step, is what it's all about. We focus on technique and building confidence from day one.

At Bohofit, we believe that real strength starts inside. We built this space in HSR Layout to move away from the traditional, solitary 'gym' experience. Here, there are no machines, only functional gear like kettlebells, battle ropes, and gymnastics rings.
