Welcome to Dhurii. We aren't just a dance studio, but a community space where movement meets healing, laughter, and self-expression. See how we move.

This is the heart of our Indo-Fusion practice, a dance of grace and surrender. It’s a style I’ve nurtured over the years, blending the storytelling of Kathak with the fluid energy of contemporary and belly dance. It’s more than movement; it’s poetry in motion.

Look at the pride and joy on their faces. This is our elementary contemporary batch, completely lost in the music and movement. This is what we mean when we say dance is about feeling at home in your skin.

The fire and flow of our intermediate belly dance batch. This is where technique meets expression, where dancers learn to channel their strength and presence. It’s a powerful journey of mastering isolations and embodying the music.

This is what trust looks like. In our Acro Yoga workshops, we learn to lift each other up, both literally and figuratively. It’s a practice of shared gravity, communication, and playful connection.

Beyond the choreography, this is what truly matters. The laughter, the shared effort, the quiet support. These in-between moments are the soul of our community, a testament to the connections we build together on the dance floor.

Pure, unfiltered joy. Our creative movement sessions for kids are all about exploration and fun. We use games, teamwork, and freestyle dance to help them discover the magic of how their bodies can move.

"It's very challenging for me because we have to speak our true selves." These are the voices from "The Lost Diaries," sharing their experience of creating a piece that blends dance with deep, personal storytelling. This is the healing power of movement.

Whether you are dropping in for a single session to see if our studio feels like home or committing to a monthly batch, every 60 to 90 minute class at Dhurii includes a 15-minute somatic warm-up and a reflection circle. It is never about getting the steps perfect; it is about grounding yourself in the movement and connecting with the people around you.
