About The Flow House Vibe
Before you jump on a machine, we start with a proper 1-on-1 assessment to check your spine flexibility and core strength. It’s not about hitting a headcount here. We make sure you’re actually ready for the Reformer, because while we want you to feel that 'Pilates hangover' the next day, we prioritize your long-term safety above all else.
It’s not just about looking fit; it’s about feeling alive. At Flow House, we’ve built a studio that feels less like a sterile gym and more like an escape from your daily grind. Whether you’re joining us for injury rehab, glute sculpting, or simply to get away from your desk for an hour, our Reformer sessions are designed to be equal parts challenging and therapeutic.

- What if I’m not flexible? That is exactly why you are here. We aren't expecting you to be perfect on day one.
- What should I wear? Comfortable clothes you can move in and socks with a grip. That is it. Come as you are, and get ready to work.
