A simple club swing in my backyard. The beauty of this training is that you can do it anywhere, with minimal equipment, and still get a great workout.

About Additional Work & Fun

Balance is not just about standing on one leg. When I have students perform swings while standing on a medicine ball, it forces the entire core to stabilize instantly. This is not for showing off; it is to wake up the deep stabilizer muscles that get dormant when you sit in a chair for ten hours at work.
