Gada (Mace) Training
The Gada is an ancient tool for building rotational power, a strong core, and healthy shoulders. I teach everything from basic swings to advanced flows, helping you build warrior-like strength that is useful in daily life.
Mugdar (Indian Clubs) Training
This is all about fluid, circular movements that open up the shoulders, improve grip, and build functional strength. We use various types of clubs, from light ones for beginners to heavier ones for a challenge.
Our Group Workshops
Join our offline workshops in Bangalore, where we create a fun and supportive space for everyone to learn, from 8-year-olds to 60-year-olds. All equipment is provided, so you just need to show up and be ready to move.
