This is a coach-led circuit in full flow. We use hurdles, tires, and medicine balls to keep the energy high and the workouts effective. Our coaches are on the floor, pushing every member to be better than they were yesterday.

This isn't a place for climate-controlled comfort or showing off on social media. You will train in an industrial, no-AC setting where the floor is covered in puzzle mats and the tools are tractor tires, battle ropes, and Olympic bars. Our coaches are on the mat with you during every session, shouting corrections and ensuring that every rep you perform is actually building functional strength and not just tiring you out.
We treat this training ground like a mandir because we believe fitness is about building a better human, not just chasing aesthetics. Whether you are a total beginner who has never thrown a punch or someone who wants to take their CrossFit conditioning to the next level, our sessions are designed to meet you where you are and push you further.
Our programming focuses on the 'why' behind the movement.
