You won't find our coaches standing by the door with a clipboard. They are right there on the mat, yelling cues like 'Jab fek!' [throw the jab] or correcting your squat depth in real-time. Whether it is Head Coach Sanjivan Sir’s eagle eye or Sarthik’s technical boxing drills, expect 100% engagement. We do not just watch; we train with you, ensuring you are safe during heavy compound lifts while pushing you to break your own personal records.
