About Strength & Conditioning for Fighters
What You Get Here
This isn’t like your usual fitness class. I train fighters to handle pressure, pain, and exhaustion - the things you face inside the cage, not just in the gym. Some days you'll feel unstoppable, other days, you’ll question why you showed up. Both are part of the process.
How I Build Fighters
You’ll see a mix of heavy compound movements, like squats and deadlifts, but also lots of stuff that actually translates to a fight. Sometimes the “weights” are just your teammates - that’s real functional strength for martial artists. Cardio? Yeah, it’s brutal. Short rests, high intensity, always pushing pace. You’ll hear me say, “Chal chal chal!” (Let’s go!) when you think you’re done.
We don’t skip on explosive power drills for fighters either - tire flips, speed bag, sprawls, all that. I want you moving sharp, fast, and hard.
More Than Muscles
Getting strong is obvious. But can you stay focused when you’re gassed out? I’ll push you mentally, call you out if your form’s off - “Kya kar raha hai be tu?” (What are you doing, man?). Not to be harsh. I want you tougher, smarter, and ready for anything.
Who’s This For
This is for any MMA fighter, or anyone who wants to train like one. Motivation fades, but showing up and doing the tough work - that’s what counts. Wins don’t define you. Consistency does.

My Story
We’re Dassault MMA. Not just a gym, we’re a crew that sweats, pushes, and grows together. You’ll see all sorts here – moms and daughters, six-year-olds, pros. Ryan came in clueless, worked hard, won his first fight. That’s the vibe. Discipline over downtime, grit over flash. We’re about building tough, cool-headed people, not just fighters. No filters, just real stories and hard sessions.
My Work
All-In-One Fight Training - We teach MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Grappling, Strength & Conditioning, plus Kids MMA classes.
No Shortcuts, Just Skill - Every session starts with basics. Structured Muay Thai training, strong fundamentals, no hype, just real work.
Open to All Levels - Beginner MMA fundamentals or pro fight camp – kids, adults, first-timers, everyone’s welcome if you’re ready for effort.
Training Vibe: High-Intensity - Expect sweaty, loud, tough rounds. Coaches shout, 'चल! Go to single!' It’s a fast, no-rest grind.
Team Respect - We push hard, but after every round, it’s handshake time. Fighters bond, respect always.
