Our functional workouts are varied and intense, combining barbell lunges, core exercises, and medicine ball slams. We ensure every session challenges your body in new ways to build comprehensive, practical strength.
No one gets left behind. This is a full-body conditioning session in action, with members of all levels tackling mountain climbers, tire jumps, and agility drills together. The energy of the group is what fuels the progress.
Training is always better with your squad. Here, our members push through a tough session of medicine ball step-ups, kettlebell swings, and box jumps. The shared struggle builds bonds as strong as the muscles.
Partner workouts are a core part of our training philosophy. From dumbbell presses to battle ropes, training with a partner keeps you accountable, motivated, and pushes you to give that extra 10 percent.
Short on time? Not a problem. Here, our coach guides a member through a 30-minute quick burner session. We focus on high-intensity, effective movements to maximize results even on a tight schedule.
For many of our members, this is therapy. We channel energy into power through a mix of kickboxing, dumbbell work, and heavy bag drills. It's about building mental resilience just as much as physical strength.

About The Grind: Functional & HIIT Workouts
Our functional sessions ditch the fancy machines for tire flips, heavy battle ropes, and sledgehammers, all in a non-AC, hardcore garage setting. You won't find mindless treadmill rows here, but you will get semi-private supervision where our coaches are on the mat with you, correcting your form and pushing you through high-intensity circuits that actually translate to real-world strength.

What to Expect
Each 60-minute session is a mix of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and functional strength. We cycle through various modules like Warrior Conditioning and CrossFit-style circuits to keep the body guessing and the progress moving. You will be using squat racks, Olympic barbells, and plyometric boxes. We start where you are, but we do not stay there. We push, you grind, and together we get stronger.
