Morning Group S&C Batch
Core Training & Methodology
- Daily Sessions: Guided group workouts available in morning slots (6:00 AM or 8:00 AM).
- Training Mix: Combines modern powerlifting (Squats, Deadlifts) with High-Intensity Functional Training (HIFT).
- Traditional Equipment: Includes 'Mudgar' (Indian Clubs) and 'Gada' drills for shoulder mobility and core rotation.
- Functional Drills: High-impact exercises using tractor tyres, sledgehammers, and battle ropes.
Facility Access
- Semi-Outdoor Floor: Training in a covered, naturally ventilated area with industrial fans.
- Equipment: Access to rugged iron-grade free weights, barbells, and squat racks.
- Outdoor Track: Usage of the 170-meter paved track for warm-ups and agility ladder sprints.
- Calisthenics: Pull-up bars and dip stations available for bodyweight conditioning.

If you’re tired of basic gym routines, you’ll vibe with what we do. At Mumbai Boxing Academy, strength & conditioning is all about building real, usable power. Our sessions are tough, but so are the results. We train to make you ready for anything, inside and outside the ring.
Kya Hota Hai Idhar? (What Happens Here?)
- Heavy lifting like deadlifts and squats, plus functional strength training with things like box jumps and medicine ball slams
- Desi style training too - Gada, Mudgar (Indian clubs) for that raw, old-school power
- Agility and speed drills, kyunki (because) what’s the point of strength if you’re slow?

Coach Ashish Mahadik leads every session. Silver medalist in Maharashtra Mini-Olympics, practical experience in the ring. He knows both sports-specific strength drills and how to push you without burning you out.

My Story
Hum hain Mumbai Boxing Academy. Humara vibe alag hai – yahan sab family jaisa lagta hai. Outplay Sports Foundation se powered, vision hai Olympics 2028 ke liye champions banana. Boxing humare liye sirf sport nahi, ek art hai. Diwali ho ya Shastra Poojan, gloves ki pooja hoti hai – kyunki yeh hamare hathyar hain. Yahan koi bhi aa sakta hai, bas fighter banna ho toh. Gym nahi, movement hai yeh.
