Pricing Guide
Group Training (12 Sessions)
Training Schedule & Format
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (12 per month).
- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes per class.
- Syllabus: Mix of ITF Taekwondo, basic Kickboxing striking, and self-defense grappling.
Physical Conditioning
- Warmup: Intense calisthenics including pushups, squats, and lunges.
- Surface: Exercises performed on outdoor pavers, turf, or tile flooring.
- Flexibility: Assisted stretching drills for high kicks.
Equipment & Venue
- Venue Type: Classes held in open-air parks, community halls, or rented sports turf (non-AC environments).
- Gear: Shared target paddles, focus mitts, and protective head/chest guards provided for use.
- Weapons: Occasional basic handling of Bo Staff and Nunchaku.
1-on-1 Private Coaching
Session Structure
- Format: Private 60-minute session with a Senior Black Belt instructor.
- Curriculum: Customized roadmap focusing on street self-defense, competition sparring, or cardio-kickboxing.
Coaching Focus
- Technique: Immediate feedback on form, stance, and power generation.
- Drills: Extended rounds of mitt work and striking practice.
Logistics
- Location: Mutually agreed venue such as the client's gym, a park, or XMF facility.
- Equipment: Instructor provides necessary portable gear like kick shields and resistance bands.

Why I Teach Self-Defense
For me, self-defense is way more than just throwing punches or kicks. It's about building discipline, staying focused, and growing stronger inside and out. The real change happens in those quiet hours of training, not just when you’re faced with trouble. Kya tumhein pata hai? (Did you know?) Most of us started as fighters, but now we live our dreams through our students. Your win is my win - that’s how it works in our XMF family.
What You’ll Learn With Us
I mix Taekwondo basics with practical moves from MMA, Karate, and Kickboxing. No boring theory - it’s all about real-world self-defense techniques you can actually use. You’ll pick up:
- How to block, strike, and escape grabs
- Staying calm and focused when things get tough
- Getting fit with calisthenics, strength, and flexibility drills
- Spotting danger early and avoiding fights
Who Can Join
Everyone’s welcome. We train kids (starting at 4), teens, adults - doesn’t matter your age or fitness level. If you’re a total newbie, cool. If you’ve trained before, we’ll push you harder. We’ve got special women’s self-protection training, with female trainers for comfort.
How You Can Train
Join our group classes for that community vibe, or go for personal training if you want sessions tailored just for you. Women-only sessions are available too.

My Story
People call me Master, Black Belt, Instructor, but really, I’m just someone who never let go of the dream. XMF isn’t just my academy, it’s my family. Bachche se leke adults tak, sab mere saath train karte hain. (From kids to adults, everyone trains with me.) We sweat, we celebrate, we grow. My Work
Martial Arts & Fitness Training - We teach Taekwondo, MMA, Karate, Boxing, Kickboxing, calisthenics, and weapons like Nunchaku and Bo staff.
Open for All Ages - Kids, teens, adults - everyone’s welcome. Classes happen morning and evening at locations across Bangalore.
Women’s Self-Defense - Special sessions for girls and women, with female instructors. Safe, empowering space for learning.
More Than Fighting - It’s about mindset - building discipline, turning setbacks into comebacks, boosting confidence.
Community & Events - We’re a family. Inter-Dojo tournaments and events to test skills and build spirit together.
