My Fitness Journey & Training Philosophy
Fitness is not just about the mirror; it is about the mindset. See how I built XMF on the values of discipline, consistency, and hard work to change lives.
The power of consistency. This is my transformation from 2015 to 2024, showing that real change doesn't happen overnight. It's the result of years of showing up and putting in the work.
A collage of my journey through the years. From a young student to a black belt and coach, my transformation is a testament to the power of martial arts and fitness.
It's not about your degree or position; it's about hard work and making the right decisions. My black belt represents years of dedication to this principle.
My mission is to create a community of fit, disciplined black belts. As a national instructor and calisthenics athlete, I provide personal and group training to help you get fit with me.
Shadowboxing in the park. This is a fundamental practice for any martial artist, honing technique, footwork, and muscle memory even when training solo.
A portrait reflecting the calm confidence that comes from discipline. My training is about building inner strength as much as outer strength.
Proudly wearing the International Taekwon-Do Federation T-shirt. I am committed to the official principles and standards of this global martial art.
This is about natural bodybuilding. I teach you how to achieve a surprising level of fitness and physique without shortcuts, just the truth of hard work.
A side-by-side comparison with the anime character Baki Hanma. Your body is a reflection of your lifestyle, and I'm inspired by the pursuit of peak physical form.
Celebrating with one of my young students. The power of consistency is a lesson I teach from day one, and it's rewarding to see it inspire the next generation.
About My Fitness Journey & Philosophy
I don't believe in shortcuts or fitness fads. Whether we are training in the parks of Jayanagar or at our studio in Frazer Town, my approach remains consistent: we combine the foundational techniques of Taekwondo with the strength gains of calisthenics. You will not just see a change in your physique, but a shift in your discipline. If you are ready to put in the work, I am ready to guide you.
The XMF Philosophy
For me, martial arts is a lifestyle, not a hobby. My journey from a student to a Black Belt and National Instructor wasn't about luck. It was about showing up every single day, even when I didn't feel like it. When you train with me, you are not just getting a coach; you are becoming part of the XMF family.
How We Train
- Calisthenics & Bodyweight Mastery: We focus on functional movement. You will learn to control your own body through pull-ups, push-ups, and agility drills. This is the foundation of a lean, aesthetic, and capable physique.
- Martial Arts Integration: I blend Taekwondo, MMA, and boxing techniques into our sessions. This improves your reflexes, coordination, and mental toughness.
- Community-First Approach: We train outdoors at locations like Tavarekere Park and Lalbagh, as well as indoors. Being part of a group that pushes each other makes it harder to quit.
Why Start Now?
People often wait for the 'perfect time' or 'perfect condition' to begin. That time never comes. I work with everyone from absolute beginners to advanced athletes. If you have the fire inside, I have the plan to help you channel it. We do not use corporate fitness gimmicks. We use consistency, proper nutrition guidance, and old-school hard work.
Bas shuru karo (Just start). Your best version is waiting for you at the next session.
XMF Martial Arts
I am Master Farhan. I started XMF to build a community where discipline and fitness go hand-in-hand. I train everyone from kids to adults, and I show you that real change happens when you stop looking for excuses and start putting in the work.
