- Combat Skills: Covers MMA striking basics, kickboxing drills on focus pads, and functional self defense scenarios.
Batch Logistics
- Frequency: Access to 12 to 16 sessions per month (3 to 4 classes per week).
- Duration: Intense 60 to 90 minute sessions depending on the specific batch schedule.
- Locations: Training takes place in open air environments (Lalbagh/Parks) or basic functional indoor arenas/turfs.

Why I Do This
Martial arts isn't just punching and kicking for me. It's how I live. Discipline, showing up even when it's tough, and building real confidence - that's what matters. I always say, train insane or remain the same. The real fight? It's in those quiet hours when no one's watching.

What We Teach
We don't do cookie-cutter training. You pick your path:
- Taekwondo belt progression (ITF) - basics to flying kicks, sparring, and forms. We're affiliated with the Taekwondo Association of Karnataka.
- MMA fundamentals for beginners - grappling, strength, fight practice.
- Kickboxing drills for fitness and boxing - pad work, gloves, striking.
- Self-defense classes for women and all ages - practical, real-world skills.
- Weapons training with Bo Staff (Silambam) and Nunchaku.
Who Can Join
Anyone with the will to learn. Kids (from 4 years), adults, seniors. Boys, girls, all levels. Female instructors available if you want.
How We Train
Every session is full-body - fitness, calisthenics, flexibility, agility. Group classes (morning/evening), personal training, online or offline. We train in parks and studios across Bangalore - Jayanagar, Basavanagudi, Fraser Town, Electronic City. I can travel for personal sessions too.

My Story
People call me Master, Black Belt, Instructor, but really, I’m just someone who never let go of the dream. XMF isn’t just my academy, it’s my family. Bachche se leke adults tak, sab mere saath train karte hain. (From kids to adults, everyone trains with me.) We sweat, we celebrate, we grow. I see my own journey in my students - every split, every medal, every smile. Yeh sirf class nahi hai, yeh zindagi hai. (This isn’t just a class, it’s life.)
My Work

Open for All Ages - Kids, teens, adults - everyone’s welcome. Classes happen morning and evening at locations across Bangalore.
