About Advanced Techniques & Sparring

Sparring is not about fighting; it is about controlling your energy. In my sessions, we focus on the feel of the opponent, helping you predict movements while maintaining your balance. It is high-intensity, but we prioritize safety and technique first so you can learn without hesitation.

Advanced techniques in Taekwondo, Kickboxing, and MMA are not about brute force. They are about precision and reaction time. My approach centers on high-speed drills that force you to think under pressure.

What we cover:

  • Dynamic Sparring: We use partner drills to practice real-time reactions. This helps you build the muscle memory needed to block, evade, and counter effectively.
  • Advanced Agility: Whether it is flying kicks or complex footwork, we train in diverse environments—from indoor mats to outdoor park spaces like Tavarekere—to ensure you adapt to any surface.
  • Precision Striking: With consistent pad work, you learn the mechanics of power, teaching you how to generate force from your core, not just your limbs.
  • Safe Progression: I see many people rush into full-contact sparring before they are ready. We do not do that here. You learn the technique, then the speed, then the power.
