About Calisthenics & Bodyweight Mastery
We don't just do random reps. My sessions at places like Tavarekere Park focus on the 'Big 3'—Push-ups, Pull-ups, and Squats. I break down these movements so you understand the mechanics, allowing you to master your own bodyweight safely, regardless of whether you are a total beginner or an athlete looking to clean up your form.
Training Philosophy
Fitness is not about the mirror. It is about what you can actually do with your body. At XMF, we strip away the excess. We focus on natural strength, agility, and functional movement. My training blends old-school martial arts discipline with new-age calisthenics. You will learn to control your own weight before adding external resistance.
How We Train
We keep it practical. My workshops and boot camps happen outdoors at locations like Tavarekere Park, Lalbagh, and the Kittur Rani Chennamma Stadium. If you prefer a controlled environment, I also offer hybrid strength training in indoor gyms where we combine barbell work with combat conditioning.

XMF Martial Arts
I am Master Farhan. For me, fitness is about discipline and changing your life, not just going to the gym. I lead the XMF family, where we trade excuses for results, whether we are on the pull-up bars at the park or working technique in the dojo.
