Nutrition and Fitness Tips for a Stronger Physique
Training is only half the battle. If you want a natural, aesthetic physique, you have to fuel it right. Here is how I eat and train to stay fight-ready.
A thumbnail from my "What I Eat in a Day" video. I show that a healthy diet doesn't have to be boring and explain how to eat for performance and results, avoiding junk food.
From my video on how to make your legs stronger. I provide workout tips and exercises designed to build strength and power from the ground up.

About Nutrition & Lifestyle Tips
Most people think eating clean means eating bland, but that is a myth. I focus on natural, whole foods like eggs, oats, and dry fruits to fuel my training sessions. You do not need expensive supplements to see results, just consistency in your daily nutrition and training.
Fueling Your Performance
What you eat matters as much as how you train. Whether you are prepping for a Taekwondo sparring session or working on calisthenics skills in a park, your diet is the fuel for your performance.
The Foundation
I follow a simple rule: eat, sleep, pray, workout, repeat. My diet relies on whole foods. I am talking about basics: eggs, oats, and dry fruits. These provide the energy needed for high-intensity training. If your nutrition is weak, your endurance will drop, and your recovery will suffer.
Common Myths
People often overcomplicate nutrition. You do not need to cut out everything you like. You need to control portions and understand macros. If you are training at XMF, we focus on functional strength. If you are inconsistent with your food, you will not see the results you want in the mirror.
Practical Steps
- Consistency: You cannot eat junk food six days a week and expect to perform well on the mat.
- Hydration: Drink water. It sounds obvious, but many students forget this simple habit.
- Pre-workout vs. Post-workout: Eat carbs for energy before training, and protein for recovery after.
Whether you are training outdoors at Tavarekere Park or hitting the gym in S.G. Palya, bring this discipline to your kitchen. If you need help structuring your diet based on your specific fitness goals, ask me how we can set up a plan that works for you.
XMF Martial Arts
I am Master Farhan. I started XMF to build a family, not just a class. My philosophy is simple: there are no shortcuts to a strong body, only sweat and consistent nutrition. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start living better, come train with me.
