My group classes are built on Hatha foundations and honest, consistent work. We show up, we sweat, and we build strength together in the heart of Marol.

A glimpse into the dynamic flow of our group sessions. You can see students at different levels working on poses like lunges and squats, all focused on building lower body strength and stability.

We start with the basics to build strength correctly. Here, the class is moving from a low plank into Bhujangasana, or Cobra Pose, a fundamental backbend that strengthens the spine.

Proper alignment is key. Here, my students are in Adho Mukha Svanasana, or Downward-Facing Dog, focusing on lengthening their spines and opening their shoulders.

This clip shows the variety in our classes. We work on core strength, hip openers, and balance, with everyone moving at their own pace.

The community vibe after a great class. Here are some of my students smiling and holding Vrksasana, or Tree Pose, showing the balance and fun we have together.

More post-class fun with the crew. We work hard and then celebrate our progress together. This is what building a supportive yoga community looks like.

Another shot of our morning class in action, holding Downward-Facing Dog. This pose is a staple in our Hatha practice for a full-body stretch and reset.

Students holding a deep stretch in Pigeon Pose. This asana is fantastic for releasing tight hips, something we focus on to counteract the effects of sitting all day.

A moment of stillness and focus. Here, students are seated in a comfortable cross-legged position, preparing for pranayama or meditation at the end of our session.

Two students seated and ready for our guided meditation. This is how we quiet the mind after working the body, integrating the physical practice with mental calm.

About Our Group Classes

My classes are 60 minutes of straight-up work, no fluff. We alternate between static Hatha holds on Mondays and Wednesdays to build stability, and high-intensity Vinyasa flows on Fridays to get the heart rate up. If you come in expecting a gentle stretch, be prepared to be surprised—we’re here to actually build strength, improve mobility, and correct alignment, not just float through movements.
