Our instructors provide hands-on assistance to help you perfect your form and prevent injury. Here, a student is guided in a forward bend, while another practitioner showcases incredible flexibility in a standing split, demonstrating the progress you can achieve.

Our classes cater to everyone. You'll see members working on advanced flexibility in poses like Eka Pada Sirsasana, while others find their balance and strength with wall support or focus inward during a quiet moment of meditation.

We focus on foundational poses that build a strong practice. This includes standing postures like Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) using blocks for support, and advanced flexibility work for those ready to take their practice further.

A typical class includes a mix of dynamic sequences and restorative poses. We flow through energizing asanas together before winding down with gentle stretches, ensuring a balanced workout for both body and mind.

We use props to make yoga accessible and effective. Here, students use wall ropes for a supported stretch to open the shoulders, and bolsters to relax deeply in restorative poses at our Ghatkopar Pant Nagar studio.

Our Ghatkopar center is buzzing with energy. Our instructor provides support for a student working on her headstand, ensuring safety while building confidence in inversions. The class includes a variety of poses from foundational to more challenging ones.

Join our vibrant yoga community at the Tilak Nagar center. We offer guided instruction for all levels, focusing on proper technique for poses like the locust pose (Salabhasana) to strengthen the back and improve posture.

In our group sessions, you will not get lost in the crowd. We keep our batch sizes capped between 10 to 15 participants, allowing our certified coaches to provide hands-on posture correction during every flow.
