Our Group Classes
This is where the work happens. My 60-minute Hatha yoga classes are for everyone, whether you're just starting or have been on the mat for years. We focus on proper alignment to build a strong foundation, then move into energetic flows to build heat and strength.
Pose Breakdowns & Tutorials
I don't believe in just throwing you into a pose. Here are some step-by-step tutorials and drills for foundational and advanced asanas, from headstands to deep stretches. We break it down so you can build strength and confidence safely.
Unwind & De-Stress
Life is noisy. I use yoga to shut it out, and I'll teach you how too. This is a look at the sequences and breathing techniques we use to calm the nervous system, improve sleep, and manage anxiety.
Asanas for Women's Health
These specific asanas are great for supporting women's health. We focus on poses that can help with everything from menstrual relief and digestion to strengthening the pelvic region and balancing hormones.
Yoga at Your Workplace
I bring the benefits of yoga directly to your office. My corporate wellness programs are designed to help teams de-stress, improve focus, and relieve the aches and pains of sitting at a desk all day.
