About Yoga at Your Workplace
I don't need you to change into sweatpants or clear out a conference room. My desk detox sessions are designed for office wear, utilizing chairs and standing room to target exactly what hurts after a day of staring at a screen—your neck, shoulders, and wrists. It is 60 minutes of practical movement that actually helps the team stay focused and pain-free.
Corporate burnout is real, and it usually starts with the neck and shoulders. Most of my clients do not have an hour to commute to a studio, so I bring the mat to you. My office yoga program focuses on 'Desk Detox'—a curriculum I developed to counteract the typical 9-to-5 grind.
We do not do complex acrobatics here. We focus on:
- Spinal Mobility: Counteracting the slouch with seated twists and desk-supported backbends.
- Digital Health: Specific drills to alleviate eye strain and wrist tension from typing.
- Mindfulness: Breathwork, like equal breathing, that you can actually do during a meeting to drop stress levels in minutes.
