Yoga for stress relief is not about lying on your back for an hour. My classes are structured to physically break your stress cycle. We use active Hatha holds to flush out the tension of your work week, followed by targeted pranayama like Sama Vritti to calm the nervous system. You will work, you will focus, and you will leave feeling genuinely lighter.

Modern life keeps us wired, and honestly, sometimes you just need to turn it off. My approach to unwinding is simple. I don't use yoga as an excuse to nap. We use 60-minute sessions at Marol studios like House of Happiness and JDS Gym to physically move through the anxiety that gets stuck in your shoulders and spine.

Stress isn't just a mood. It's stored tension in your neck, shallow breathing, and a restless mind. We tackle it with a specific flow. On Mondays and Wednesdays, we use static Hatha holds to build heat and clear your head. On Fridays, we dial it up to Vinyasa flows. It’s hard work, but that’s the point.
