Most students think hair fall, acne, and constant fatigue are just part of college life. They aren't. My workshops help students understand the real impact of their daily diet and teach them simple ways to eat better and focus sharper.

Standing on stage at Dayananda Sagar Business School, ready to begin a session on "Fueling Success". My goal is to equip future leaders and entrepreneurs with the nutritional knowledge they need to thrive.

A view from the back of the classroom during my nutrition awareness program. It's important for me to create an environment where students feel comfortable learning about topics like balanced diets, calorie intake, and the four pillars of a healthy lifestyle.

A selfie with the students after an interactive session. Their energy and curiosity are infectious, and it reinforces my belief in the importance of early nutrition education for building lifelong healthy habits.

Another great group selfie capturing the enthusiastic participation of students. These sessions are designed to be a two way conversation, addressing their specific concerns about hostel food, managing stress, and staying fit.

Who says learning about nutrition can't be fun? This clip shows an interactive activity during a workshop, designed to get students moving and thinking about health in a playful, memorable way.

In this testimonial, a student shares his key takeaways from my workshop. He highlights the connection between physical and mental health, the importance of sleep, and how the session clarified his confusion about diet myths, like those surrounding milk.

A student explains in Kannada how the workshop changed his perspective on eating. He describes his old habit of eating mostly rice and sambar and his new understanding of how to build a balanced plate with vegetables, protein, and fruits within a healthy calorie limit.

This student shares a powerful insight, referencing Rakesh Jhunjhunwala's regret about neglecting his health. Her feedback underscores the session's impact in highlighting that health is the most valuable asset for a successful future.

Here, a group of students give their feedback, calling the session informative and much needed. They talk about the prevalence of junk food and their new motivation to follow a healthy lifestyle, exercise, and make productive changes.

This video montage captures moments from the "Poshan Maah 2023" workshop at SVYASA University. I had the privilege of discussing career opportunities in health and nutrition with future doctors and BNYS graduates.

About University & College Health Talks

These sessions are designed for the reality of campus life, not just for textbooks. We address the specific, practical struggles students face—like how to build a balanced plate when your options are limited to hostel food, why late-night study snacks often lead to breakouts, and how to fuel your brain for exams without burning out.
