For Communities & Societies
Here, we get hands-on with 'Kitchen Pharmacy.' I explain how to use everyday staples like jeera, ajwain, and garlic for gut health and immunity. These sessions also cover geriatric care, addressing common concerns like appetite loss and chewing difficulties with simple dietary fixes.
