About Engaging Talks for Corporates, Schools & Communities
My sessions are not about complex diet charts or deprivation. Whether it is a group of 10 or 100, we break down what macros and micros actually mean for your daily energy levels, why those 'healthy' packaged snacks are often the opposite, and how to fuel your brain for a long day of work or study.
Nutrition education is often missing from our schools and offices, replaced by fads and confusing headlines. My goal is to change that by making health simple, sustainable, and actually enjoyable.
How My Sessions Work
I believe in practical, actionable advice rather than boring gyaan. Depending on your group, we focus on different needs:
- For Corporate Teams: We talk about managing stress, avoiding the 3 PM slump, and making smart food choices when you are constantly on the move. I help employees understand how blood markers like HbA1c and metabolic health directly impact their focus and productivity at work.
- For Schools & Colleges: My aim is to teach students how to identify 'real food' versus marketing traps. I help them understand that nutrition is not just for fitness buffs but a basic life skill that supports their mental clarity, skin health, and hormonal balance.
What We Cover
We strip away the noise. We discuss why ghar ka khana (home-cooked food) remains the most powerful tool for your health, how to read food labels to spot hidden ingredients, and why consistency beats any fancy cleanse or juice diet. I use props and live demos for in-person events to show exactly what a balanced portion looks like.
My Approach
I do not believe in one-size-fits-all advice. Every session is tailored to the audience, whether it is a virtual call for a remote team or an on-site seminar at a campus. I leave participants with a 1-page summary of habits and a clear idea of what they can start doing that same evening to feel better.
