**Meet our Parkour and Freerunning trainer, Uzair Khan.** With over a decade of experience, Uzair introduces our parkour classes. We start with the basics and progress to more advanced movements, focusing on creativity, games, and enjoying the process.

About Explore New Movements: Aerial, Acro & Parkour
Before you hang from silks or leap between obstacles, you need the right setup. We keep our aerial and parkour sessions small, with a 1:5 teacher-to-student ratio. This ensures you are not just watching from the sidelines but getting hands-on spotting and technical corrections from coaches who know exactly how to guide your movement safely.
We do not do cookie-cutter fitness. Our movement classes are about developing physical literacy, which is the ability to control your body in different environments.
Aerial Silks and Yoga
Our aerial sessions use industrial-grade rigging in an open-air structure. You learn climbing techniques, foot locks, and inversions on silks, supported by crash pads that give you the confidence to try harder moves.
Parkour and Freerunning
Led by Uzair Khan, our parkour classes strip back the complexity of modern training. We start with basic vaults and precision jumps, building up to creative games. It is about navigating obstacles with efficiency rather than just getting tired.
Acroyoga and Balance
This is where we build trust. You work in pairs to balance and support each other, creating poses that look impossible until you try them with a spotter.
Every session starts with a clear focus on safety. Whether you are a total beginner or an athlete, we ensure your progression is based on technique, not just intensity. We have matted floors and industrial gear, but the real equipment is your own body. Come ready to play, fall, and get back up.
