About Advanced Parkour & Acrobatics
When you are working on advanced flows at our Siri Fort studio, the focus is not just on the jump. It is on the landing, the transition, and how you set up the next move. We prioritize the control you need to move safely through our obstacles before you attempt the more complex, high-impact sequences.
Our studio at Siri Fort Stadium is designed for exactly this kind of progression. You are not just jumping off stuff. You are learning how to handle your body weight, manage impact, and find flow in your movement. It is a space where we value the process as much as the result.
From Basics to Advanced
We do not expect you to walk in doing backflips. Our advanced sessions focus on chaining movements together. Linking a wall run into a cat leap, then a vault. This requires consistent strength and conditioning. That is why our training includes specific drills to build the explosive power you need for these sequences.
The Role of Our Coaches
Coaches like Uzair are there to spot you and correct your form in real-time. This is crucial for advanced acrobatics, where the margin for error is thin. They push you to try new things, but they also pull you back when you are pushing too hard without the right technique.
