About Strength & Conditioning

We don’t just throw heavy iron around. In these sessions, you’ll start with lighter dumbbells (1kg-5kg), gym balls, and step aerobics equipment to master the movement pattern before we push for heavier sets. This ensures your focus stays on muscle activation and injury prevention rather than just chasing a number on the scale. Whether you are at our Ashok Vihar or Paschim Vihar studio, our trainers are on the floor to correct your squat depth or back posture instantly, ensuring every rep counts.

Strength training is often misunderstood, especially when it comes to women's fitness. Many women fear that lifting weights will make them look bulky, but the reality is that strength training is the fastest way to tone up and boost your metabolic rate.
